A 2,070 nautical-mile yacht sailing race from San Francisco to Hawaii, The Pacific Cup is a biennial event that draws more than 50 entrants with vessels of varying sizes and classifications. The next biennial race – the 14th in the Pacific Cup's history – is scheduled for July of 2006.
